Juan Holds a bachelors degree in business administration from Muhlenberg College in Allentown PA, a Master in business administration with a focus in finance from DeSales University and Attended Stanford Graduate School of Business for an Entrepreneurship and Scaling program. He's the owner of Martinez Hospitality, a management company that scaled the fast casual restaurant brand Don Juan Mex Grill, with five locations throughout the Lehigh Valley area. He currently serves as the active Chair of the Restaurant Advocacy Fund, for the National Restaurant Association and is an active Director at First Commonwealth Federal Credit Union.
