HIS BACKGROUND

Juan Martinez is a dedicated family man, proven leader, and successful business owner who has built multiple thriving businesses while staying deeply involved in his community. He lives in Easton, PA, with his wife, Melanie, and their son, Marcos.

With a Bachelor’s degree from Muhlenberg College, an MBA in Finance from DeSales University, and advanced studies at Stanford Graduate School of Business, Juan understands what it takes to drive economic growth. He spent 14 years in banking between the Lehigh Valley and Chicago, gaining real-world experience in finance and development before founding Martinez Hospitality, which scaled Don Juan Mex Grill into a five-location success story.

Beyond business, Juan is a champion for small businesses. As Chair of the Restaurant Advocacy Fund for the National Restaurant Association and a Director at First Commonwealth Federal Credit Union, he fights for policies that support entrepreneurs and strengthen the local economy.

Now, Juan is running for Northampton County Council to bring practical solutions, fiscal responsibility, and a strong commitment to the people. His leadership has created jobs, built businesses, and empowered communities—now, he’s ready to do the same for Northampton County.

Juan Martinez is ready to lead. Let’s build a stronger future together!

.

Leadership. Accountability. Growth.
